Terre Haute is a great place to live, raise a family, and start a business. Growing up I always made every excuse to get out of this town. As I grew older and my priorities became clearer in my eyes, there is no place I would rather be than right here with my family. I graduated high school from Terre Haute South and I got my undergraduate degree from Indiana State University. I would not change one thing about growing up in this city. I decided to follow my dreams and become a cosmetologist. In some eyes, people may think I’m not utilizing my bachelors degree or my full potential, but in my eyes, I know where I can take this career.
